Hoyle Consulting is pleased to announce that Cynthia Hoyle has been honored by being elected to the College of Fellows of the American Insitute of Certified Fellows. The American Institute of Certified Planners is the professional institute of the American Planning Association. She was inducted at the Fellows of the AICP Induction Ceremony on April 10, 2010 at the 2010 APA National Planning Conference.

In January 2011 Cynthia Hoyle was certified as a League Cycling Instructor (LCI) through the League of American Cyclists.  Certified instructors can teach Smart Cycling classes to children as well as adults and help bring the joy of safe cycling to communities, schools, and individuals.
